A web resource to accompany the book
At certain points in the margins of the text book there are Webcodes. These are links from the text of the book to web pages. Entering the webcode in the box here will take you to extra information about that webcode. As well as webcodes for exercises and points in the text there are also more general webcodes for the chapters.
There is also a collection of handouts for teaching based on the book. Each handout has the key structure of the chapter in a bubble diagram.
